About
SPRED Partners, founded in 2013, supports SPRED, a Catholic program integrating individuals with developmental disabilities into parish life. It funds SPRED field workers and regional training centers, fostering faith formation and community inclusion. SPRED creates awareness of God while ensuring individuals with special needs feel loved and valued.
Mission
SPRED Partners works to find funds to support the work of SPRED field workers who guide churches to form small communities of faith to welcome people with developmental disabilities or learning challenges and include them in the life of their place of worship. The funds also support the establishment of SPRED Regional Training Centers that provide training, observation opportunities and mentoring for SPRED volunteers.
