SPRING CREEK TRACT ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED, established in 1973 (though the tract itself was incorporated in 1954), manages 137 private recreation residences on National Forest land near South Lake Tahoe. Governed by bylaws, the association addresses matters of mutual interest to its members within this unique community.
Mission
The Spring Creek Tract Association maintains, repairs, and replaces common area property while providing management and community services to its members.
