About
The St. Joseph River Watershed Initiative Partnership, founded in 1999, works to improve water quality in the St. Joseph River Watershed. Formed in response to concerns about herbicide contamination, the Initiative promotes economically and environmentally compatible land uses and practices across six counties in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. Since its inception, it has brought over $4 million to protect and restore the river and its watershed.
