Home Repair Program
Provides home repair services such as roof repairs, plumbing, electrical work, heating and cooling, and general repairs to low-income, elderly, and/or disabled homeowners.
Affordable Housing Program
Renovates and constructs new homes to be sold at below-market value to address the shortage of affordable housing.
Project-Day Homes
An annual event where volunteers come together to help with upkeep and revitalization of homes in the community.

Founded in 1998, Step Up Bisbee/Naco (SUBN) helps low-income, elderly, and disabled homeowners in Bisbee, AZ, live safely and independently. They offer home repair, rehabilitation, weatherization, and accessibility services. SUBN also partners with the City of Bisbee to provide affordable housing for essential workers like police, firefighters, and teachers, incentivizing recruitment and retention.
