Mentor Programme

Learn to Swim Program
A free, one-week program offered after the summer session to promote water safety, with lessons taught by Storm swimmers and coaches.
Senior Program
A training group for experienced swimmers aged 15 and up, focusing on technique, aerobic and anaerobic work, and stroke development.
