The Stow Parent Teacher Organization (SPTO), founded in 1994, is a volunteer group of parents and teachers dedicated to enriching students’ educational experiences and fostering a strong sense of community within Stow, MA. They raise funds to provide books, curriculum enhancements, supplies, and library materials for the schools.
