About
Suburban Friendship League (SFL), founded in 2002, provided scheduling services and enhanced competition for recreational youth soccer teams in the region. Over 22,000 teams participated since 2000. In Spring 2024, the National Capital Soccer League (NCSL) took over SFL's mission, leading SFL to dissolve.
Mission
The Suburban Friendship League (SFL) operated between Fall 1990 and Fall 2023, providing scheduling services for recreational soccer teams for Under 11 through Under 19 Boys and Girls.
