Svenska Skolan Los Angeles, founded in 1976 by Margareta Saperston, offers Swedish language education to students aged 18 months to 16 years. As a non-profit organization, it follows the curriculum set by the Swedish National Agency for Education (Skolverket) and serves around 80 students in nine grade levels. The school aims to maintain and develop students' Swedish language skills and knowledge of Swedish culture.
