The Swainsboro Emanuel County Festival Foundation, established in 2008, organizes the Pine Tree Festival & Southeast Timber Expo. Originally created by the Swainsboro Kiwanis Club, the Foundation expanded the festival, bringing together various local organizations and businesses to coordinate the annual event.
