Syracuse Friends of Chamber Music, founded in 1950 by Louis Krasner, is a volunteer organization dedicated to bringing world-class chamber music to Syracuse. They present seven concerts each season and support young musicians through their annual Youth Competition. SFCM has a long history of showcasing renowned ensembles and promoting 20th-century works, enriching the cultural landscape of Central New York.
