Tacoma Teachers Ski Club, est. 1975, offers fellowship and shelter for outdoor mountain recreation. Originally formed by teachers seeking convenient access to Crystal Mountain, the club provides a place to stay, enabling members to ski more often. It was founded after a member secured a permit from the Forest Service.

Tacoma-Teachers Ski Club brings educators together in Seattle for skiing and camaraderie, fostering community and outdoor recreation among teachers.
