Team Sam Foundation, est. 2022, supports families experiencing child loss or caring for medically fragile children. Founded by Janelle and Berine Martinez in Diana, TX, after the loss of their son, Samuel, they donate Cuddle Cots to hospitals, create 'Love Cash' boxes for emergency departments, and award a New Diana student scholarship. They aim to create a national hotline for families with hospitalized children.
