The Tennessee Federation for the Aging (TFA), founded in 1968 and incorporated in 1969, strengthens networks to improve the lives of older Tennesseans. TFA secures funding and advocates for senior programs, offering education, resources, and support.

The purpose of TFA is to strengthen and grow the network of members, organizations, and community partners to enhance the overall lives of aging Tennesseans through education, advocacy, social and professional connections, resources and supports.
