The Texas Baptist Bivocational/Small Church Ministers & Spouse Association, founded in 2011, is an Affinity Group of Texas Baptists (BGCT). Representing over 4300 Texas Baptist Churches averaging 150 or less in worship attendance, they serve as the voice for small churches and their ministers, offering encouragement retreats, mentoring, assistance in minister searches, and ministry/administration support.
Mission
Serving small church ministers and their families since 1987, the Texas Baptist Bivocational/Small Church Ministers & Spouse Association provides ministry resources and encouragement. They are the voice of the Small Church and the Ministers who serve that Church.
