About
The Falmouth Chorale, tracing its roots back to 1964, began as the Falmouth Interfaith Choir, fostering ecumenism through music. Rebranded in 2004, it expanded its repertoire and added orchestral accompaniment. Now in its 62nd season, led by Artistic Director Andrew Jonathan Welch, the Chorale consists of ~100 singers, including the Chamber Singers. The Chorale enriches the Upper Cape community through choral performances and supports young musicians with the Fred Johnson Scholarship.
Mission
The Falmouth Chorale engages with audiences by sharing their passion for musical excellence and the joy of singing. They also provide audiences a window into the world of diverse choral music, and engender an emotional, cultural, and wellness link to musical experiences.
