The Fellows Initiative, founded in 2006, is a network of Christian discipleship and leadership development programs for recent college graduates. It equips emerging leaders for the marketplace, church, and society by providing training, best practices, and support to churches that want to launch fellows programs. These programs offer professional jobs, graduate coursework, biblical studies, mentoring, and community service.
