Partners with the Ypsilanti Automotive Heritage Museum to maintain a museum dedicated to the history and preservation of the Hudson brand.

Displayed Hudsons
Provides Hudsons, Essex and Terraplane cars, trucks, engines and other displays of Hudson history to non-profit museums and organizations.

HETHS Online Library and Hudson Triangle publication
Publishes a quarterly historical update on the HET Historical Society, available online and mailed to members.

Doc Hudson
Traveling historical display that is a HETHS tribute to Doc Hudson, the star of Disney's animated movie Cars.

HETHS at the AACA Library

The Hudson Essex Terraplane Historical Society, founded in 1995, preserves the history of Hudson, Essex, Terraplane, Invader, Dover, and Railton vehicles (1909-1954). Its mission includes documenting history, preserving related products and data, procuring historical objects, establishing museums and a library, and educating the public about the Hudson Motor Car Company's legacy.
Mission
The Hudson Essex Terraplane Historical Society is dedicated to preserving the history, heritage, and automobiles produced by the Hudson Motor Car Company from 1909 to 1954, and American Motors from 1954-1957. The organization discovers, memorializes, and publishes materials related to the company's history and products, and promotes public education.
