About
The Vista Teachers Association Scholarship Fund (VTASF), founded in 1988, has provided over $1 million in scholarships to nearly 2500 students over 37 years. The fund, supported by teachers' voluntary salary deductions, awards scholarships to dependents and other students, recognizing academic achievement, service, and financial need. 2024 marks the final year VTASF scholarships will be available.
Mission
The Vista Teachers Association Scholarship Inc awards scholarships to seniors from local high schools to continue their education. They also award scholarships to college-age dependents of bargaining unit members.
