About
Thistle Theatre, founded in 1991 by Jean Enticknap, is a Seattle-based puppet theatre for families. They specialize in Tabletop Bunraku-style puppetry, a unique variation of an ancient Japanese art form. Thistle Theatre brings diverse puppet productions to schools and communities, creating memorable experiences for children and adults.
Mission
Thistle Theatre creates unique and diverse puppet theatre productions. They enrich and engage audiences and develop both the art form and the artists.
