Tilted Acres Rescue and Adoptions (T.A.R.A.), founded in 2014, is a non-profit, no-kill, foster-based rescue dedicated to securing loving homes for homeless pets in Hoke and Cumberland Counties, NC. They rescue animals from shelters, providing essential care such as spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and microchipping. T.A.R.A.'s mission is to help and save as many lives as possible and stop unnecessary killing in shelters.

As a non-profit, no-kill, foster-based rescue, we are dedicated to securing loving, permanent homes for homeless pets across Hoke and Cumberland Counties, as well as the surrounding areas in central North Carolina.
