Tools For Tomorrow, founded in 2000, provides free, after-school literacy programs integrating Creative Writing, Art, Music, and Theater for children ages 7-11 in the Coachella Valley. Originating in Desert Hot Springs, it expanded to serve multiple school districts. TFT pivoted to online programs during the pandemic, providing art kits and social-emotional learning. In 2023-24, TFT reached over 1,200 students in 27 schools.
