Torchbearers, founded in 2003, enhances Greater Akron by investing in emerging leaders and connecting them to local nonprofits. They provide leadership development and community engagement opportunities, contributing over 2,500 volunteer hours annually. Torchbearers alumni continue to impact Akron through board service, volunteerism, and leadership roles.
