TOTEM Association of Educational Support Personnel, est. 1972, advocates for over 1400 Anchorage School District staff. Committed to professional growth, community engagement, and economic well-being through collective bargaining and continuing education, TOTEM champions the vital role of educational support within the school system.
Mission
TOTEM Association represents and conducts collective bargaining for over 1100 administrative and instructional ASD support personnel. They believe their members are a vital part of the Anchorage School District’s educational team and strive to meet the needs of its members.
