The Tri-County Economic Development Alliance (TCEDA) of NW Illinois is a nonprofit formed in 2009 to foster economic growth in Jo Daviess, Carroll, and Whiteside counties. It promotes public-private partnerships, assists expanding/relocating businesses, supports entrepreneurs, and aligns workforce skills with business needs to improve the quality of life for residents.
