Mentor Programme

Competitive Programs
Year-round co-ed program for middle school, novice, and varsity athletes. Focuses on developing athleticism and rowing skills.
High School Programs
Year-round program for high school men and women, including varsity and novice squads. Focuses on fall racing and spring championships.
Middle School Programs
Introduces middle school athletes to rowing. Focuses on fitness, teamwork, and responsibility. Includes regattas in North Carolina.
Summer Camp
Introduces the sport of rowing and helps develop foundational skills.
Winter Open Houses
Introduces interested athletes to the team.

About
Triangle Rowing Club, est. 2008, is the premier competitive youth rowing club in Raleigh. Its mission is to promote character, commitment, athleticism, and teamwork in youth through competitive rowing. TRC, practicing at Lake Wheeler Park, has grown to over 120 athletes from 30+ schools in the NC Triangle, many continuing to row in college.
Mission
Triangle Rowing Club develops, instructs, and trains youth rowers in North Carolina, helping them excel as athletes and individuals. They compete at major regattas, enabling rowers to earn scholarships and positions on collegiate rowing teams.
