The Whitley County 4-H, overseen by the Trustees of Purdue University, is a youth development program. It empowers young people in Columbia City, IN, to become community leaders through hands-on experiences and guidance from caring adults. They provide funding for the annual 4-H fair, training, and workshops to promote youth achievement and leadership skills.
