The Turkeyfoot Valley Historical Society, founded in 2003, is a non-profit dedicated to preserving the history and heritage of the Turkeyfoot area. This volunteer organization collects, studies, and preserves historical documents, buildings, sites, and items of interest, fostering appreciation for local history through research and preservation efforts.

The Turkeyfoot Valley Historical Society studies, collects, and preserves documents, buildings, sites, landmarks, and other items of historical interest. They foster interest in and appreciation for the history of the Turkeyfoot Valley area and its people and carry on research regarding that history.
