Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Preschool Gymnastics
Introduces basic gymnastics skills, movement, coordination, and listening skills to preschool-aged children.
Girls Progressive Gymnastics
Teaches basic gymnastics fundamentals to girls aged 6 and older, introducing all apparatuses.
Boys Progressive Gymnastics
Teaches basic gymnastics fundamentals to boys aged 7 and older, emphasizing flexibility and strength.
Tumbling Program
Offers a tumbling program called Hot Shotz for students interested in learning tumbling and body awareness.
Cheerleading Program
Teaches basic stunts, tumbling, and cheers to ages 8 through high school, designed for local SSHS and UWS games.
