Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Off-Season Wrestling Program
Offers off-season wrestling training from February to October with 3+ days per week access at two locations for youth, middle, and high school students.
Youth Season Wrestling Program
Provides wrestling training during youth season (October - February) for kids in grades K-6, with practices held at the Birmingham Wrestling Complex.

Vestavia Wrestling Club (VWC), founded in 2009, provides wrestling training and competition opportunities for grade school athletes. Located in Vestavia, AL, VWC participates in tournaments across Alabama and at regional/national levels. They train at the Birmingham Wrestling Complex.
Mission
The Vestavia Wrestling Club provides the youth of Alabama the opportunity to learn, develop, grow and enjoy wrestling at a highly competitive level.
