The Gerry No. 5 Veteran Fireman's Association, established in 1956, preserves the Gerry No. 5 Handtub and fosters camaraderie among members. It supports the community through scholarships and aid to sick children and their families. The association provides a welcoming social space dedicated to firefighting history and philanthropic endeavors.
Mission
The Gerry No. 5 Veteran Fireman's Association is a philanthropic social club and conservator of the 1845 Gerry No. 5 handtub fire apparatus. They educate the public on the history and operation of this antique art and administer college scholarships and the Angel Fund.
