The Vietnam Vascular Anomalies Center (VAC), founded in 2012, provides free, state-of-the-art medical care to underserved children in Vietnam and other Asian countries suffering from disfiguring vascular birth defects. VAC's mission includes training Vietnamese physicians in current treatments. It was founded by two Vietnamese physicians to address the significant medical needs of children with birthmarks, offering them a chance at a healthy and happy life.
