Volunteers of Vacaville, founded in 2017, supports the sight-impaired community through The Blind Project. This program, started in 1960, partners with the California Department of Corrections, training inmates in Braille transcription and Brailler repair, providing hope and essential skills while aiding the visually impaired worldwide.

Volunteers of Vacaville is dedicated to making groundbreaking advancements in the lives of the visually impaired on a global scale. Through the Blind Project, they provide hope and sight for all by restoring hope through Braille transcription and repair.
