About
Wagon Wheel Figure Skating Club, founded in 1956 and a US Figure Skating Association member, provides opportunities for skaters of all levels. Originally based at the Wagon Wheel Resort, the club has moved locations over the years, eventually merging with Barrington Area Figure Skating in 1997. It is a founding member of the Skating Council of Illinois and currently operates out of Crystal Lake.
Mission
Wagon Wheel Figure Skating Club encourages instruction, practice, and advancement of its members in various figure skating disciplines. They sponsor skating clinics for the public and cooperate in the production of amateur ice competitions, shows, and exhibitions.
