About
The Walt Fiegel Foundation, est. 2004 by Sioux City East High alumni, honors Coach Walt Fiegel by providing scholarships to graduating seniors pursuing higher education. Funds are raised through the annual Walt Fiegel Golf Classic, supporting students who embody Coach Fiegel's values of goal-setting, hard work, and dedication.
Mission
The Walt Fiegel Foundation carries on the legacy of Coach Walt Fiegel, recognizing his lasting impact on students' lives through teaching and coaching at East High School. The foundation provides scholarships to deserving young people in the Siouxland area.
