Originally founded in 1983 as the Washington Potters Association, it aimed to connect potters across Washington. Renamed the Washington Clay Arts Association in 2008, it fosters community through educational, professional, and social events run by volunteers.
Mission
The WCA is open to all Washington ceramic artists and promotes access to all types of ceramic arts, and the exchange of knowledge and skills between our members and with all ceramic artists.
