The Water Works Operators’ Association of Pennsylvania (WWOAP), founded in 1927, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing PA's public water supply industry. With over 900 members, WWOAP increases knowledge, shares information, and promotes networking among professionals involved in water supply system design, construction, operation, and management.
