Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Little Kickers Program
An in-town program for boys and girls in Pre-K through 1st grade. Sessions are held on Saturdays and focus on learning age-appropriate skills and participating in small scrimmages.
In-Town/Skills Program
An in-town program for boys and girls in grades 2-4, held twice a week. Facilitated by professional coaches, with a strong focus on skills required to play travel soccer.
Travel Program
Soccer program for children in 3rd grade and up as part of the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) organization.

Watertown Association for Youth Soccer (WAYS), founded in 1981, provides soccer programs for children aged 4-19 in Watertown, CT and Northwest CT. WAYS focuses on developing teamwork and sportsmanship through In-Town and Travel programs.
Mission
Watertown Youth Soccer provides comprehensive soccer programs to the children of Watertown, promoting passion and enthusiasm for the game through instruction, training, and participation in team matches. They emphasize good sportsmanship, individual physical health, and character within competitive team play.
