Founded in 1997, the Wayne Densch Center provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Orlando, Florida. They embrace the Housing First model, offering permanent supportive housing and focusing on residential stability. Their PSH project provides housing to chronically homeless individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. WDC also collaborates with other organizations to increase housing options.
