Founded in 2006 by concerned women of the historic Black community of West Rehoboth, the West Rehoboth Community Land Trust (WRCLT) works to combat community deterioration by providing permanent affordable housing. WRCLT preserves the community's heritage, revitalizes the neighborhood, and promotes fair housing. They offer affordable rentals and partner with Habitat for Humanity to provide home ownership opportunities for low-income residents through land leases.
