West Valley PALS, founded in 1973, strengthens relationships between local police and youth in Reseda, CA. Partnering with the West Valley LAPD, they offer free after-school enrichment programs like mentoring, tutoring, athletics, and field trips. Police officers act as mentors, fostering trust and reducing delinquency through personal engagement and support.
