The Western Branch Orchestra Parents Association (WBOPA) supports orchestras in the Western Branch community of Chesapeake, Virginia, including Jolliff Middle School and Western Branch High School. Founded in 2006, this non-profit, run by parent volunteers, raises funds to support the orchestra directors, ensuring the success and growth of the orchestra program. They enhance students’ musical education, provide scholarships, ensure access to quality instruments, and offer off-campus performance opportunities.
