The Windsor Library Association, est. 1888, fosters community support for the Windsor Public Library. While the Town covers operating costs, the Association provides extra funds for programs, materials, building improvements, and innovative opportunities. They fund museum passes, e-readers, tablets, book club kits, and recordings, enhancing the library's offerings. They also run an annual fundraising drive.
