First Strides 5K Training
A 10-week program that helps women progress from the couch to walking, jogging, or running a 5K, with weekly presentations and group workouts.
Making Strides Running Group
A weekly women's running group focused on increasing strength and speed through varied workouts. Membership with LVRR is encouraged.
Women's 5K Classic Run/Walk
An annual event to inspire women to stay active and raise funds for breast and gynecologic cancer programs and research in the Lehigh Valley.
