The Women's Leadership Institute (WLI), formerly Womens Jewish Learning Center, founded in 2011, aims to increase skilled women leaders in Jewish communal decision-making. Through mentorship and group learning, women develop leadership skills and social service initiatives, fostering community connections and empowerment.
Mission
The Women’s Leadership Institute engages a diverse group of women throughout the greater Phoenix community. Through mentorship and dynamic group learning sessions, participants develop powerful leadership skills and impactful social service initiatives for the Phoenix Jewish community.
