Founded in 1994, the World Association for Emergency & Disaster Medicine (WADEM) is dedicated to the evidence-based improvement, education, and advocacy of emergency and disaster health care and disaster risk reduction. WADEM partners with organizations to enhance public health preparedness in the face of emerging global threats.
