Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) engages and inspires youth to become successful community leaders. Founded in 2000, YLA focuses on character development, college readiness, and community engagement. The program starts in 7th grade and continues through high school, with leadership training, mentoring circles, field trips, and community service projects. YLA boasts a high retention rate and strong parent participation.
