LXCL:The 1000 Islands Music Coalition fosters creativity and collaboration through musical performances, jams and workshops, aiming to enrich the cultural landscape of Brockville and the 1000 Islands area while supporting local artists and community engagement.

Grab a spot for our Sound Bath &amp; Music fundraiser! 🎵 &nbsp;Surrounded by the lushness of Gemmell&#39;s Garden Centre in Brockville, slip into a peaceful afternoon of sound bathing and live music provided by Amanda Keeley. Come soak up the restorative sounds of quartz crystal &amp; Tibetan singing bowls in the lush green gardens of Gemmell&#39;s Garden Centre in Brockville. This sound bath will be led by Amanda who will also close out the afternoon with a concert of uplifting, soul soothing songs. Join us for this beautiful afternoon, rain or shine (inside if the weather is poor). Entry is by donation, $15 minimum. Each contribution supports the 1000 Islands Music Coalition&rsquo;s work to bring local artists and music lovers together across our region. Set aside time to centre yourself, learn, and stretch your creative muscles in a supportive, informative environment. This daytime Sunday retreat and collaborative workshop is a wonderful opportunity expand your skills alongside top-notch creatives in comfortable private spaces by the beautiful Brockville waterfront. Hosted by wellness facilitator and local singer-songwriter Amanda Keeley, and facilitated by award-winning artist and producer Jim Bryson, participants will move towards mindful tech- and distraction-limited creative collaboration and group work. He has released several recordings of original works, including &ldquo;Live&rdquo; and &ldquo;Hear Them Calling&rdquo;, along with two LPs made through the CBC. He has two albums available for streaming on Spotify and is currently recording new material at Long Shot Records. As an actor, he takes the stage in Halifax, Ottawa (NAC), and Kingston. You&rsquo;ll catch him as part of the remount of Finnegan&rsquo;s Wake coming in May-June 2026.
