Trap Cardio + 2Step Therapy (HIIT Edition) is a high-intensity, rhythm-based workout that blends HIIT intervals, trap music, line dance, and functional strength training for a full-body burn.This class alternates between cardio bursts and strength circuits, keeping your heart rate up while improving endurance, coordination, and total-body strength. Movements are easy to follow, modifiable, and beginner-friendly, making this class accessible for all fitness levels.Expect to sweat, release stress, and leave feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished&mdash;this is fitness that feels like therapy.Each class includes a $10 donation benefiting 901BFiT Inc., a nonprofit supporting youth and community fitness programs.
