Reading Between the Lines: Navigating Love, Loss, and Next ChaptersDivorce, breakup, or starting over in the dating world can feel like navigating an entirely new language. But you don&rsquo;t have to read the map alone. Welcome to the Divorce &amp; Dating Book Club, a unique, professionally-facilitated community space where we use the power of modern fiction to explore real-world relationships, healing, and the beautiful messiness of starting over. Sessions will be facilitated by Dr. Elizabeth Whittington, LMFTA and Ashley White, Relationship &amp; Dating Coach. Over the course of 9 bi-weekly sessions starting August 18, 2026, we will dive into four incredible, bestselling novels that tackle love, loss, co-parenting, and second chances with raw honesty and hope. Guided by licensed professionals, this isn&#39;t a therapy group, but rather a therapeutic, soft landing spot to connect, share insights, and find community with others who truly get it. How It Works<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The Launch (No Reading Required!): Our first session on August 18 is a zero-pressure meet-and-greet. Just show up, meet your facilitators, grab the schedule, and connect with your group.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Virtual Format: Meets bi-weekly, online via Zoom. Welcome to Zora and Audre&#39;s&nbsp;Sister to Sister Book Club, a community book club in collaboration with Audre&#39;s Den,&nbsp;a South Carolina-based nonprofit bridging literacy and healing, centering Black women&rsquo;s and queer voices. Zora &amp; Audre&#39;s Sister Sister Book Club is a space for women to gather across generations, sharing stories that reflect the fullness of love, life, and lineage. Named in honor of Zora Neale Hurston and Audre Lorde, this club centers Black women authors whose work spans decades and experiences, from elders who paved the way to the voices shaping the genre today. Each month, members will read and discuss a new title exploring love in its many forms: romantic, familial, communal, and self love. Conversations will move beyond the page, creating room for reflection, connection, healing, and community across generational lines.
