A gift of $5,500 provides a full year of care, covering the cost of nourishing hay and grain, spring and fall wellness exams and vaccinations, an annual dental check, six to seven hoof trims with shoes as needed, medications such as arthritis or pain management when required, and the everyday essentials that keep them comfortable — fly spray, buckets, blankets, fans, and other comfort items.
